Terrible. No confidence in leadership, frequent structural changes, and routine layoffs have everyone waiting to be let go. Poor decision making for the business, unrealistic expectations, and horrible new hires are destroying everything that had been built and driving us into the ground. It used to be a family like environment and now there are cliques all over the department causing severe exclusion, favoritism, and resentment.

Morale at comcast bulk center in fort myers was poor as everyone was on warning to be fired or are looking for a less stressful job.. there are exceptions of course
