Bullpen style unless you have an office. 4-6 people in a bullpen, raising your cortisol levels because you are never alone and can always hear people talking, someone can always see you.

Desks are arranged in rows of 5 - 6 people; 2-3 rows make a team under a single supervisor. My team has 12 people at the moment.
