It depends on the department. Comcast host 2 big events a year. A spring bbq, and a Christmas party at the mile high stadium . There is also access to free tickets for sporting events and plays often.

I am guessing you mean non-work related activities. Personally, my biggest activity is building high-end custom computers. The last one placed 6th in a world wide contest.
