What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compenstion is fair.......but bonus is always a huge mystery and obvious efforts to reduce pay of top performers is going on.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Experienced people = great. New people get zero training and are replacing expwrienced " more expensive" sales people. Dumb dumb dumb.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of good talented people. Bad direction and obvious " culling of the herd " going on. Bringing in college kids that have zero knowledge and zero experience ( fresh start program) is a ridiculously dumb idea.
