The company does not offer free health coverage for dependents. Account RNR is rarely granted. There are no efforts to retain employees who resign. The loyalty rewards program is less generous compared to other companies. Additionally, obtaining approval for vacation leave requests is challenging.

I think people managers wear a lot of different hats and fill many roles which save the company money. To retain the top talented managers a better pay scale could be implemented instead of quarterly bonuses. Wages have not caught up with inflation.

We used to have an annual increase, which greatly encouraged this benefit, even if the increase was minimal. Currently, national increases have been implemented with the minimum wage, but we have not received any changes.

I believe that in the past year, the company has given us twice the amount of work and workload, more countries, more processes, and fewer people. We have done the work in the best way possible with fewer resources, but there has been no improvement in compensation.
