It's a stressful job at times and it's even harder when you don't feel valued. It does not feel good to be overwhelmed. Better collaboration with other teams that follow our culture would be improved.

Legacy WH Team is very closed to acquire the New CNX Culture. Since processes were not clear or documented they are very closed to learn how to follow the processes that are documented at a global level.

I started at a physical location and have had no choice during covid to be work at home and the location is now closed. With no ability to get a laptop I am tied to my desk and home all day everyday not only for work but home duties. There are days I don't see the light of day.

The pay is the majority of the issue, second the micromanaging, third is the lack of good equipment. WAH employees should be able to operate with laptops and get approvals for them as they are more mobile and less constrictive. Another one is not being able to walk away for a break due to work.

Currently executive leadership is making everything a lot harder than it needs to be. We have too many systems that don't talk to each other and we are micromanaged to within an inch of our life. Advisors make more than recruiters on average. Wages need to be higher.

Probably the culture is too mundane as we are WFH. Dont get me wrong, WFH is great but there are times employees will become bored, so need to do something about this.

Manager/leaders' attitude play a huge part in inspiring and motivating employees to do better. Leadership needs to step up their game to be more caring and empathetic, and not just give instruction or let subordinate handle complex situation even they have reached out for help.

I find that certain requests to timelines and deadlines are difficult to meet because of lack of information or information changes that have to be corrected later on the back end.
