Making real time arrangement of resources by blackmailing. They blame it on the Client demands them expect us to be flexible with our role instead of hiring people for that department. Also Leadership team should give some time to groom the subordinates who are just moving into 9B from a 10.

Being paid based on actual skills, tenure, and added value. I do not believe in same salary for same level since, for example, there should be much more difference between a tenured, committed, performing agent and somebody not committed and/or not providing added value
