They should: bring back Concentrix culture before webhelp; listen to the employees when we fill out surveys; make people enjoy working here not only because we need a salary, which should accompany inflation, cost of living and raise the salary within the law, not stagnate it. etc

When we get sick, our bonuses are taken away, even though they come from the guests and we earn them by providing good service. Compensation for agents is poor. A worker who feels valued and appreciated will always give more of themselves.

Bring back get togethers and activities. Coffee for free. Raise the salaries. Better chairs and equipment. Accessible HR's, not an in between. WORK FROM HOME. We do not have the same benefits as before, instead of increasing these have disappeared. We feel like numbers instead of people.

They call us game changers, but they don't really make us feel that way, and the previously mentioned compensation issues don't help. I can honestly say for myself that it affects my motivation and productivity, because I feel little reason to go above and beyond when even managers are underpaid.

It is frustrating to arrive at a job where you are not valued and only face complaints. Nothing seems right in this company. They compare agents and praise newcomers when they fill in the tracker, but as soon as they see that their CSAT is not the best, they immediately stop admiring them.
