Building solutions and working with a variety of groups to move the company forward. The variety of brands and projects keeps the day to day functions fresh.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is average at best. Promotions are few and far between and far too late i n the game to make employees feel valued. Yet responsibilities are stacked so great it leaves a sense of drowning in core groups.
