I really enjoyed my time when I first started but the more responsibility I took on, the more "office politics" ruined the work environment. I was told my extra efforts were normal in a startup & I didn't deserve a raise but was expected to keep working as hard doing just as much anyway.

100% employer paid healthcare, but with the amount of profit connectRN makes there should be more bonuses
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Please listen to the CS team; compensate AND support them accordingly. Give your employees avenues to learn and grow, and the proper resources to do their job properly. Actually foster the "open communication" you claim and act when employees come to you with concerns.
