i really enjoy being at a company where everyone is just so invested in our cause! and what we do! like i said, work is work. it's the same anywhere. the people are what really make a job worthwhile. i feel welcomed by everyone in the building. i feel like i'm growing as a professional. it's great

Getting to interact with everyone! Work is work, the people make it great
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is just so overtly supportive and welcoming. I feel like, in interactions with my coworkers, my voice is appreciated
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued! I just feel like I'm doing a lot of work (more than the title would suggest) and would make more for the same work at other companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so welcoming and nice. We're human, we're not going to absolutely hit it off with everyonte; however, everyone puts their best foot forward and goes out of their way to be friendly, remember little details, etc.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It may seem silly but I like how personable and accessible the leadership team is. They're present, welcoming faces and it makes me feel like we're truly all one team (as opposed to feeling like it's us //wall// them)
