What do you like best about the leadership team?

They genuinely seem to care about their entire team! They listen, and improve the company based on feedback they hear from their employees! It truly makes you feel welcome, appreciated and heard!

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are kind, helpful and always willing to lend an ear if you need an extra gut check or need some clarification! I know I can DM almost anyone on my team and will get a prompt response with whatever help they are able to give!

I've enjoyed most of my time at connectRN. Sometimes it feels like the goals are a little ambiguous and that we work retroactively but I think that is the learning curve of a start-up. Other than that I'm excited and ready to come to work everyday!
