I feel very appreciated and very valued with connectRN. From our zoom lunch fun to our fast pace call volume during shift change. We all come together as 1 to assure the CLN's have a little less stress off their shoulders.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love how relatable the teams are, connecting through different way, #bookclub #parents #bingewatching etc it all allow us to connect and feel as one.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like apart of the team instead of just a number within the company. I feel included and know that my thoughts, and position as an employee is valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all so helpful. We look out for each other. If one does not have and answer we will definitely try our best to fine the right answer, personally or business.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to assist our medical heroes with the comfortability of working, traveling and knowing they will be paid and they have a company partner who's advocating for them in tough times.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I felt like it was so thought of the company to give us QUALITY gifts. I makes me want to continue to be apart of this company and more so appreciated and make me want to continue to clock in.
