I like how they are all aligned with the same goal, and motivate the company to be as passionate as they are about nurses and clinicians.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I began to feel undervalued once I learned how much other people doing similar work as me are making. I would feel better if my compensation was reevaluated in comparison to my teammates higher earnings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The office environment is very positive - people are constantly chatting, supporting each other on specific projects, and offering feedback utilizing each other's strengths. Everyone recognizes that our work is important, but enjoying work is important too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is bubbly and friendly. They are the perfect balance of fun and hardworking, which allows me to focus better at my job and enjoy the work at the same time. My team never makes me feel undervalued or make me feel bad about making a mistake.
