Nothing pointed, or that would be distinctly in need for improvement.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

As much as you put in and give yourself to connectRN, you will receive the same if not more in return.

What do you like best about your company?

connectRN provides opportunity to grow both personally and professionally to those who are ready to work hard. As much as you give to connectRN you get back and more!

What makes you most happy at work?

Winning. I don't like to lose. We are a team of dominant, hard working, grinders; that refuse to lose. How do you you accomplish great things? With hard work. And hard work pays both personally and professionally.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Inclusive culture with a mixed bag of people all bringing interesting and valuable content/ideas to the table. The pace of play is what I find most enjoyable. I am challenged to grow both professionally and personally; learning more about myself and developing my career oriented growth opportunities

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our CEO, Ted Jeanloz, has a uncanny ability to paint the big picture, which at times seems BIG, but then lays the roadmap on the "how to" get there. Ted provides guidance in allowing others to come to their own thoughts, and then helps view "the world" from varying perspectives. #leader

What are some of the best things about your team?

On the growth team, we have some of the best "grinders" around, day in and day through; our team gets it done. The Tech team, builds breaks and then builds better. Our client success team, is the "gorilla glue" that holds everything together. Our marketing team has the spiciest content you can find.

What did you like most about the interview process?

In my first interview, I met directly with connectRN Co-Founder, former CEO and Chief Growth Officer Mike Wood. He was down to earth, a straight shooter, and one of the hardest working people I know. I saw that quickly in the interview in Mike, and that had me bought in from the jump.
