It's not the work that makes a worker happy, it's the co-workers and the co-workers here are amazing!

I felt encouraged to ask questions about their company and work life. The interviewers already made me feel like a friend when going in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get to have all the benefits I ever needed with amazing pay. Within' my first month, they even gave the whole company of workers a raise. Even the lowest workers!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is understanding and supportive to the point I just wonder if I'm even talking to co-workers! This also maybe due to the online landscape, but I never feel like I'm above or beneath anyone. Not even the CEO! Love this company <3
