Mr. Lee A. Wright has been the Chief Financial Officer of Conns Inc. since June 22, 2016 and its Executive Vice President since June 28, 2016. Mr. Wright served as Senior Managing Director at Diamond Castle Holdings, LLC. He joined Diamond Castle Holdings, LLC in 2005 and focuses on financial services, energy, power and industrial sectors. Prior to joining Diamond Castle in 2005, he served as a Vice President at DLJ Merchant Banking Partners, a private equity firm, from 2000 to 2005. He served as Vice President and Associate positions at CSFB Private Equity from 1996 to 2000 and served as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at CSFB, in the Energy and Power Group from 1994 to 1996. He served as an Independent Director of Community Choice Financial, Inc. since May 2006. Mr. Wright serves as a Director of York Label, Inc., Checksmart Financial Company and LabelCorp Holdings, Inc. He has been a Director of Professional Directional Holdings, Inc. since 2010. He served as a Director of Adhesion Holdings, Inc. since 2008, Multi-Color Corp., from October 2011 to April 25, 2012 and DLJ Merchant Banking Partners from 2000 to 2005. He served as a Director of PRC, LLC, U.S. Express Leasing, Inc., and Frontier Drilling ASA. Mr. Wright holds a B.S. magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
