Merit increase last year was non-existent. I had a co-worker making 5k more per year than myself even though I had double the tenure.... same exact job.
I still pay hundreds out of pocket for benefits. Franm took away our rewards and recognition benefits but proceeded to tell the entire company on a call thar he paid higher bonuses fo senior managers and above.
Rather than celebrating my tenure, I was informed I've capped out on pay increases. Not one manager reached out to congratulate me on my 12th anniversary. The morale budget has also been removed. No more team lunches or impromptu small gifts.
Our executive team decided to outsource job opportunities, layoff employees, and justify a 1% annual raise for it's employees while taking bonuses alone that are bigger than our salaries, all despite increased volume and customer subscription growth.
Higher commission per sale would be a huge bonus

Our health plan is not competitive. Our provider has a bad reputation in medical offices. I would rather pay more for good insurance than pay the whole thing out-of-pocket.

You can work a million hours and tons of OT and kill your self to make 100K a year. It should not be this stressful to barely make 100. Horrible pay.

The raises this year didn't even keep up with the cost of living. And after a pandemic year, it was disappointing.
In the interview process, many team leads explained the process of getting a raise. It was made apparent that it was fairly easy to do as long as you are doing your job. After I started, I noticed more and more pushback even though I was meeting all my metric ratings.
we need better annual merit increases.

Please pay fair market rate. We can't live on this.
Constant Contact is on average 20-30% below market value in compensation.
