There were several people at the interview.
Direct and concise. Not too intense but fairly serious
Their creativity in lying and setting false expectations.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
the questions asked by a panel of 3 to 4 people are standard and does not give you a change for dialoge. standard ask a question and answer that specific quetsion.
Check actual qualifications of contractors better
They need to understand a pedigree is a piece of paper like any other.
