Women are paid less then men. I been working for them for over 10 years and get little tiny raise but get more work add to my load. A lot of micro managementing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and fairness. Stop micromanaging the employees and downing the employees. Stop sending the same people on the President Trip. Some managers feel they can talk to you anyway they want because they know they won't get in trouble.
