What did you like most about the interview process?
Multiple people cross functionally can weigh in to ensure we're hiring a good fit for the role.
Understanding different parts of the organization and how they fit in with my role.
I saw everyone's personality off the bat and enjoyed the level of transparency
I have insight to where my referrals are in the interview process, and it is easy to make a referral.
