Mr. Balas served as Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance at CoreLogic, Inc. since September 2012 until April 21, 2016. He served as the Principal Financial Officer of CoreLogic since May 19, 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of CoreLogic, Inc. since March 2011. He has extensive corporate development, finance and accounting experience and leadership capabilities. He served as Vice President and Controller of Ameron International Corporation since April 6, 2009. He was responsible for Ameron International Corporation's accounting policies financial controls and financial reporting, including preparation of financial filings to the SEC. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Solar Integrated Technologies Inc. since November 2008. Mr. Balas served as Vice President of Finance of Solar Integrated Technologies since March 2006. Prior to Solar Integrated, he served as Director of Finance and Corporate Development at Nasdaq-listed Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. where he was responsible for mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, budgeting and the successful implementation of Keystone's Sarbanes-Oxley program. He served as Senior Manager of Corporate Development at both Capgemini and Ernst & Young Consulting. He also served as an Auditor of Ernst & Young LLP for five years. He served as an Executive Member of Global Corporate Development for Ernst & Young's consulting division. Mr. Balas has been a Non-Independent Director at Symbility Solutions Inc. since March 27, 2014. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, Long Beach and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California.
