Starting to look to fill in the gaps that developed in last few years
Accessible and interested in my success
They are extremely approachable and relatable. Easy to work with.
Resilient, united, visionary, passionate, effective
The leaders are willing to help any way that they can and are truly an inspiration!
Listen to the people that actually do the work, don't make promises without our input
Review from Operations Dept
Listening to the employees across the company.
CoreLogic needs to educate their executives and its middle management
Must learn to setup a procedure, provide a guidelines to follow the process. Otherwise it's difficult to manage data by employees.
organization need to learn how to talk to the employees
401k match is pretty good
Unlimited time off for salaried employees.
It was a reasonable negotiation.
Great paid time off for sales representative and excellent health care packages
401K match is good at 4%
I am not appreciated for my work or experience.
I was way underpaid in my position. If they could have normalized me with what the current value was from my position in other companies. There is nothing that would have made me feel valued.
They don't have proper pay break-ups, no transparency. What was told to me at the time of joining was different than what I received.
Compensation evaluations are unfair and not inclusive to the titles and areas. Other companies do wage analysis as well as publicize the wage window. HR is awful
not paid on time at all
nice and hard working team
Committed, enthusiastic, client centric and fun.
Depending on the topic and need, everyone collaborates
Great energy, spirit, and comradery
Very smart and hard working.
No one helps each other.
They should stop buttering their manager and focus towards work, and deliver work to the customer.
Training needs to be a lot better & our managers need to remember not to create hostile work environments by showing obvious favoritism to certain employees
At this point, i dont know
Better moral or don’t both
Everyone even cross departments is very helpful, we are hard workers and provide quality customer service

I i i i i
Everyone genuinely likes each other on my team
There is room for changes in most cases
i dont have anything to say
Have honesty at the top.
They should respect each individual region, culture. Don't pressurize employees to complete corelogic survey according to manager's expectations.
Change their stance on work from home and remote employees. Stop outsourcing all tech talent offshore.
Managers that care if you can feed your family & that care about your mental stability
The appreciation and acknowledgement for employees is not really there. Also the promotions are non-existing as the only way to move is in the company is all based on who you know and not what you know.
Review from Operations Dept
Interview went well, but wasn't like other companies.
It was a free exchange exchange of ideas. I was encouraged to ask any and all questions and i got very honest answers.
Everyone is there authentic self
Very comfortable interview process where I felt valued.
They walked us through step by step
Keep HR away - clueless team. All managed by cruella
HR could do a better job with the job descriptions
the interview process actual is no bad it just always depends on the person interviewing you
Review from Operations Dept
Seeing clients succed at their objectives by using our product.
i dont have anything to say
Speaking with my customers who generally are excited to work with us.
When I can call it a day.
Show of appreciation, the community and inspiration of colleagues that encourage one another. Celebration of one another's successes and the company itself keeping us part of what is going on
Customer data isn't accurate, clean and incomplete. Customers are frustrated with their property data.
They need to listen to the associates to keep the few that stay. HR needs to understand every other associate is ready to go. I'm saying this as a leader.
If appreciation and the pay would match the work that is done can motivate people to work harder
Review from Operations Dept
Nothing is really going wrong
Just the lack of pay and the incentive's in the department make me feel this way
