Must learn to setup a procedure, provide a guidelines to follow the process. Otherwise it's difficult to manage data by employees.

They have no concept of culture which is why there are consultants there to eliminate the majority of people as this team can't work together

Giving real raises and better or at least some appreciation for its backbone

They need to get better at making yourself part of the team instead of making them feel like you don't want to bother to come and speak to them.
