Ms. Laura G. Kelly has been Managing Director of Corelogic Valuations Solutions Group at CoreLogic, Inc. since February 2016. Ms. Kelly served as the Chief led American Express into new markets and expanded geographic and product depth by launching 14 products globally within 8 months. She served as Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Dun & Bradstreet Corp., since 2013. Prior to joining D&B in 2013, Ms. Kelly served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas at American Express, as well as served as their leader for global new product development. In that role, she managed a large P&L and architect and led the launch of 'Bluebird', a partnership with Walmart, to deliver a checking and debit alternative for Walmart customers. Ms. Kelly's innovations have resulted in a number of industry accolades, the most recent of which was her 2013 selection as one of the most influential women in payments. Ms. Kelly has spent over 20 years in senior leadership roles, enabling business growth through senior strategy, financial, product development and marketing positions. Ms. Kelly served as an Executive Vice President, Global Prepaid Product Solutions at MasterCard Worldwide where she architected and executed its successful global prepaid strategy resulting in earning MasterCard seven of the world's largest prepaid opportunities. Ms. Kelly served as a Senior Vice President Global Prepaid & Debit Product Solutions at MasterCard Worldwide. Ms. Kelly was responsible for ensuring that MasterCard, its customer financial institutions and partners succeed and benefit from prepaid program innovation and growth. Ms. Kelly led efforts to develop and deliver prepaid MasterCard program solutions to the global marketplace that deliver consumer value, enhance customer profitability and differentiate MasterCard. She has direct oversight of the MasterCard prepaid business operations. She served as Group Executive of Global Prepaid Solutions of MasterCard International Inc. until March 2011. She served as Senior Vice President for Global Debit Strategy and Business Administration at MasterCard. She served as an active duty United States Air Force officer before advancing to the private sector where she?? served in strategy, technology, product, marketing and general management roles across insurance and finance sectors, including USAA, American Express and MasterCard. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Southwest Business Corporation. She ran the Supply Chain and Process Improvement practices for The Concours Group. Ms. Kelly spearheaded USAA's alliance management and business development efforts and served as the Chief Financial Officer for USAA's retail company. She was as an Active Duty Military Officer for the Department of the Air Force. Ms. Kelly has been an Independent Director of Jack Henry & Associates Inc. since September 10, 2013. She serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Commercial Cards and Payments Limited. She served as a Director for the Risk & Insurance Management Society, Texas Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), and the Security Service Federal Credit Union. She has received the designations of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Ms. Kelly has a Bachelor's Degree in accounting from Samford University in Business and Masters of Business Administration from Auburn University.
