What is the best part about your compensation package?

Commission is better than Uber

We are considered self employed so there are no benefits

School online paid tuition in full

Unlimited PTO and Health Benefits covered 100% by the company

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Since about a year ago the Instacart portion of payment has dropped drastically. New shoppers are given access to large paying batches while veteran shoppers are given leftovers. Bot users gave taken over and the only fix is at the Instacart server.

Benefits would be nice especially healthcare

I would like to be paid more, since shoppers do not have any dental or medical benefits. It's alot of wear and tear on the body, and the car.
