Setting realistic expectations for their drivers and testing entirely new incentive systems on small areas and getting the feedback of the drivers before mass implementation.
Remove bots at the server. Give loyal veteran shoppers access to the better batches. New shoppers should be started with access to smaller batches and work their way up. Provide support to shoppers instead of very poor excuse for support currently provided.
They are so rude and inhuman
Stop sending shoppers orders that are in dangerous areas. Stop punishing us for declining ridiculous orders
