Nobody says how they're really feeling, just expected to act so the problems in the company never get resolved.
Everything. More transparency, clearer understanding of how customer service works. The people managing customer service have little to no idea how it works.
Our warehouse is terrible at shipping products, results in large complaints by big distributors/end users WHICH ARE THEN CLOSED OR IGNORED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM PER THEIR INSTRUCTION. So mismanaged, it's ridiculous.
