What do you like best about the leadership team? All managers I've ever worked with in this company have been awesome
What do you like best about the leadership team?Hard working individuals who work hard
What did you like most about the interview process?Asked the right questions, let me adk about the company and position - very personable
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Being paid for the work I do. McDonald's pays more to teenagers than I get at twice their age. Definitely have to have a 2nd job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?100% undervalued and under paid. Again when you have worked for a company twice, busted your butt, covering shifts, doing overnights, appointed temp. Lead multiple times, no call is and very flexible then some 16/17 yr old hands in an app., you hear the start pay is $2 more than what you get. WOW
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The entire store and staff need to be evaluated
