I love my job. I love what I do. However, the politics of Costco culture is exhausting.
Being allowed to interact with the members and advise the members as to why a particular purchase is a good fit for their needs.

Although my day begins with a fast paced merch environment, it ends with 3 hours at membership service where I can greet members with a smile and a "hello" to either start or end their shopping experience with a good feeling about Costco.

Management improvement needs to be discussed properly
The communication and trust between employees and management is very whong. We as employees (unless you're a favorite from the management) don't trust anymore the management with their methods, their excuses to justify themselves and for many, their arrogance.
