overall, its an good experience
For the most part they show up to work.
The open-door policy is the best aspect because you are able to express yourself in a safe environment and not worry about much of other typical issues.
Some of them are good, they listen, they want to do the right thing, some aren't some are overworked, some underworked. too much disparity.
They are supportive of family life
I love the benefits that Costco offers
Everything, The PTO, the insurance
pay scale and the ability to make bonuses
Our insurance is really good, the pay is "good" compared to other retailers but the payscale within the company needs revamped. No way people lifting 80 pound plus boxes or pushing carts in 110 or 10 degree weather get paid the same as a door greeter
Insurance is GREAT its really the only reason i stay!
everyone is hard working and willing to help out
Hardwork, competitive, know what they are doing
We strive to do the best job possible and take great pride in delivering with timeliness and integrity.
I have a series of coworkers who care about each other and the community, some of the hardest working people I've ever known who actually have empathy for the consumer and do what they can for the people who need it. Management and the executives are unredeemable monsters.
Everybody is willing to help each other out. They are supportive and knowledgeable about their jobs.
in my direct department its a wonderfully positive experience
Strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect. Everyone works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering great service. It’s a fast-paced environment, but the camaraderie and shared purpose make it a rewarding place to b
The friendliness of the crew.
Coworkers are always willing to help
Most of the employee's are good to work with. The samples are good.
Straightforward and professional. I appreciated the clear expectations, timely communication, and the focus on real-world experience. It felt like they genuinely wanted to understand my strengths and how I could contribute to the team. That made me feel respected and confident going in.
Seeing how enthusiastic the interviewers were about the company. They sold me on how valued the Costco employee is.
The hiring managers recognized and valued the experience and wisdom I was bringing to the company.
I knew the day of that i got the job. But at both times i had a interview friends put in a good word before hand
Open and warm. The interview was straightforward.
Seeing the team succeed together. When everyone communicates well, supports each other, and delivers great service, it creates a positive energy that makes the job rewarding. I also enjoy mentoring others and helping newer employees grow into confident, capable team members.
I love my job. I love what I do. However, the politics of Costco culture is exhausting.
Being allowed to interact with the members and advise the members as to why a particular purchase is a good fit for their needs.
Paychecks are good and the members
Talking with the members and employees who want to build long term relationships.
