Review from Marketing Dept

Equity/Options in place for Cotopaxi piece of the pie :)

Review from Customer Support Dept

Unlimited vacation time (you don't have to accrue it), the atmosphere of adventure and making sure we get to travel, and the possibility of becoming salaried after just a month.

Review from Operations Dept

Very fair pay for the industry.

Review from Marketing Dept

In the Wild time! 10% of my paid work week must be spent doing my activity of choice (i.e. hiking, climbing, etc.)

Review from Customer Support Dept

Everyone is incented with options to deliver on the company core values.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Stock options aren't offered to every employee equally, even though Corporate advertises as such. The health insurance is great, however; it feels unfair to exclude certain departments from getting stock options for unknown reasons.

Better pay equals more passion.
