Smiles all over the place. Fun and effective off-sites. Where much is given, much is expected - hard work and dedication while also having fun is expected!

Each one of them is committed and determined to see the success of Cotopaxi grow. They do a lot for us and we want to do a lot for them!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give us a lot of autonomy in getting done what we need to - but with that power they expect quality and hold us to high expectations! Amazing company dynamic!!
