Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better communication with employees and management

I was told people could not stay there if you work for the company but when I asked I was told no. then was told everyone stays there thst work there I felt like well why not me.

They supervisors and managers do not acknowledge the good in their employees just the bad

Forced to pick up slack for 4 yrs to keep hotel running so I do manager duties as a low level employee, refused a raise this year and tricked into signing HR form w/o a formal review while NO ONE ELSE SIGNED and now got raises. DISGUSTING MANAGERS

I work very hard and cover several shifts. I applied for nighttime manager because I know how to do every job at the hotel and I am very dedicated to my job. I would like better pay and a chance to be nighttime manager.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Nothing will make me feel compensated except for things to be made right starting with the termination of the general manager

I think they should provde insurance

No benefits are offered. Offering benefits would be great.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Like much of the hospitality industry there are no benefits. No healthcare or even accrued vacation time.
