The recruiters are very unprofessional and really are not good overall

One of the most toxic work environments I have ever been apart of.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Literally need to learn how to take accountability and TRAIN mangers to lead not micromanage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team had great people but the manager and VP treated people so inhumanly and unprofessionally it was appalling. What was even more shocking is HR stands by the mistreatment but sweeping issues under the rug.
