The RSUs granted at acquisition were awesome. Benefits are great, just need better support for UPMC.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem very good at what they do/direct and they also seem to care about and relate to all other employees on the same/common level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have engaging, enriching work, benefits plus amenities (lunches, snacks, etc) are awesome. My coworkers were already good, but the more satisfied everyone is, it's easier to work together and form friendships, etc.
