Everyone has an impact on the success of the organization. Feels like a much smaller company than it is in terms of how you can make a difference.

Incredibly smart, humble, hard-working team members. Much less of the politics from other companies I've experienced in Silicon Valley. People just want to do a good job and collaborate. Not many egos.
