What do you like best about the leadership team?
It truly seems that each is engaged in further the company. There is very little "people managing" going on. Each executive is just focused on helping those around them reach their potential.
What makes you most happy at work?
Challenging projects and tasks that help me grow as an individual. I love knowing that what I am doing has a real meaning in my team and in the eyes of our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is friendly. People are smart. We are diverse in thought (not everyone is a Harvard, Stanford or MIT graduate) and leadership encourages this culture. I love knowing that I don't have to fit a certain mold in order to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all genuinely care about the success of our product. We aren't robots when it comes to each other's personal lives. We work hard but understand that there are other priorities that come first at different time. We all lift where we stand.
