
Collaboration and Camaraderie are two words that come to mind. Regardless of title or experience, everyone is treated fairly and given an opportunity to learn, improve and contribute.
Coupa can definitely compete with top engineering companies when it comes to compensation and benefits. The compensation part is not where it needs to be. Annual bonuses and refreshers are really a round robin format from my experience (while it shouldn't be).
I get to work on challenging problems that intrigue me, allow me to experiment and learn, as well as contribute towards the growth of the engineering org as we scale up. Having this flexibility has always made me happy to be working at Coupa.
Coupa's culture is extremely good and is something that makes you look forward to coming to work everyday. The most important aspect of Coupa's culture is fairness in treating everyone equally. I believe this has probably helped in the low attrition rate (at least at the engineering org level).
