What makes you most happy at work?
To be able to provide meaningful work and provide value to our customers
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very well in the sense that we explain what need and how to get there. Very flexible
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are starting to allow developers to attend conference to spark joy in our work, but we need to focus on sponsoring classes and self learning to grow in our areas. Also better food, please don't have all the salt and sugar stuff. It is a factor to be happy at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish there was more transparency when it comes to what it takes to move up, and a break down of how my value over time matches the market. I was added when the market was less but new hires are making more for the same title, and I think the value I provide should help leverage that difference.
