The team of people I lead are fantastic, they care about the customer, they have a passion to drive success, be the best they can be everyday and work to overcome challenges.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employees are not 'Problems To Solve' I find far to often, in the leadership team direct reports do not listen to what it is we are saying, simply look at us as as though we are not living coupa values. People need to listen more. Especially during acquisition.
