I like giving full effort, and seeing the results of my hard work. I work hard every day, I have things to be proud of every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was brought in via acquisition, as a senior member on the team. According to glass door and other salary resources (with data specific to Coupa) I'm about 20k under the market value for my position. I have been told that unless I'm promoted or change job titles, expect small, incremental increases
