- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A 10% raise now and then an anual 5% raise thereafter. Money is how you make your employees feel valued. Also there should be some sort of merit raise system implemented based off of individual performace along with the standerd anual raise.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Remove blinders and recognize what they do wrong and what they can do in order to be better
