Out of touch with employees and sequestered behind their third floor wood doors and ring doorbell like they are unapproachable and sacred.

An adequate raise and ways to "be better"
Yes, undervalued. Compensation doesnt go up with performance unless you threaten notice.
I feel completely ignored and only treated as a cog in the machine with no regard to my happiness or well-being whatsoever
