What did you like most about the interview process?The speed - my interview process was very quick. From the first interview (of five), I had received an offer in 2.5 weeks. Other firms had me interviewing for months until i was eventually ghosted or declined an offer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Meritocracy. CRA is a mertiocracy - if you work hard and do well, they treat you extremely well and you will move up the ranks quickly.
What are some of the best things about your team?Middle and senior management are superb. You also get to choose with whom you work - so if you don't get along with certain peers, you don't have to work with them.
