What do you like best about the leadership team?I think they lack credit suisse tenure, which was a necessary culture change but nobody knows what is going on- blind leading the blind
What did you like most about the interview process?Easy going and very easy questions
What makes you most happy at work?Getting more experience and meetings
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?better leadership, communication, and transparency
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?more money, better stock process earliest in year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Too much work. Too little pay. ZERO recognition. A large portion of compensation is "variable" and is tied to the Bank's performance. The story is always the same "we'll do better next year"...but when the Bank can't seem to go one quarter without a scandal or negative press....next year never comes
