If you are prepared to work hard and prove yourself by educating your families snd students, Crimson will fund ways to promote you. There is a change of culture continually going on, the same as other working environments. There are some super talented professionsl, managers and some less talented.

It's ok. The kpi for meeting with students is too much

This place is run like a frat house filled with people who attended fancy schools but so clueless about running a business, sales, operations and customer success. Employees drop like flies, very much an old boys club where the CEO promotes his friends from his old college dorm and overall toxic

The CEO has grown with his business and is capable of growing it onwards and listing it.

They need to get real professional experience at a real company before suddenly giving themselves fancy titles. Reading a book they got on Amazon Primse about business doesn't count.

Workers try their best under an ailing system.

Some colleagues are great, but a lot of the company is fired globally with no knowledge of the industry. They treat the international staff like crap with unrealistic metrics so they go into panic mode and seem to be very afriad of management

There are MANY unsatisfied customers. I don't work directly with them but I constantly hear from colleagues how often the families will break their contracts because they are unsatisfied with Crimson and were lied to during the sales process.
