I appreciate the transparency of the CEO and CFO. They share their goals and their vision for the company but most importantly they give constant feedback on how the company is doing. In which I think is very important because it makes you truly feel as if you are part of this company, not only a #.

They are very supportive of their employees goals. They listen and take account of our suggestions and thoughts and they don't just see us as a number but as a human being.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fun, outgoing and kind. We see each other as a family not just co-workers. We are always open and willing to learn about each other. They are a bright team to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
The idea of learning something new everyday. The comradery and the fact that we all have the same goal for the company. We all work hard with that vision in mind and a team like that is hard to find.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture is how heartwarming everyone is. You get kindness and we always strive to make everyone feel comfortable. Management is always attentive with all employees and its hard to find a place where you feel accepted regardless of who you are!
