As per my experience and Hard work, I am getting paid low it would be great if the compensation is increased.

CEO has a good vision which motivates and gives positivity but because of some new Directors this is getting effected a lot and becoming negative.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Good Team with whom we can achive best of the best results. Because of some Directors everyone in team are demotivated and not able to manage the worklife balance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Team need to understand the Ground Reality and know the Facts how the process works in Recruitment. Hiring Director level people who dont even know the process and dont understand and simply things it is really effecting the team as well company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Working in all areas and helping the Managers even after when it comes to Incentives and Salary they give all unwanted excuses. Hiring new managers who are not even experienced and who dont have the knowledge about the process they get paid very well which is very much unfair.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just because of wrong Hirings people coming with 0 experience in recruiting and implementing things which have no use, Instead of that help the existing team to achieve that position, Director level people who dont have experience trusting them and not trusting the team who worked at best.
