Higher management need to have meetings with ground level team members and one on one to find the clarification and hurdles created by new managers. Most of the senior employees are not happy and looking for new roles.

CEO, CFO are th best and some Manager and some hr team members or the only reason of positive work culture.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team which I am working is good and best but the person driving this team is not eligible because of less experience and lacking in management skills. Company has hired a person who doesn't have hands on experience in this field.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Management is providing high salary to unexperienced person and those who are eligible and qualified person are not getting the salary hike. When qualified and hard working employe ask for hike Management is showing is company running in loss and doing cost deduction and may be next year we will do.
