Overall it has been great journey, due to market conditions business may be slow but being optimistic that things will improve going forward

My experience with the company has been good earlier, but things have started to deteriorate as there are no motivational activities, feeling stagnated in current role, management planning to reduce incentives, providing no supporting tools.

Feeling undervalued as there are seldom any growth opportunities. Incentives/bonuses should be increased that will motivate to perform better.
